In a series of tweets the activist group shared updates, detailing their movements.
They said: "At 11:30am today, around 30 supporters of Just Stop Oil blocked two junctions leading up to Lambeth Bridge — one on Millbank and the intersection of Horsferry Rd and Marsham St.
"Some have glued their hands to the pavement and a number have locked on. Ordinary people have to resist our criminal Government. Step up into Civil Resistance — meet at 11am outside Downing St every day of October to demand an end to new oil and gas.

"The disruption will end when the Government makes a statement that it will halt all future licensing and consents for the exploration, development and production of fossil fuels in the UK. Meet at 11 am outside Downing St. every day of October to Occupy Westminster."
Speaking to GB News' Paul Hawkins, one activist named Sean defended the group's actions, explaining: “People will freeze and starve in their homes this winter because our government is more interested in insulating bankers pockets than our homes.”
He continued: “We stand on the shoulders of giants, this is what direct action looks like, this is what civil resistance is, this is making a government change.”
