A bombshell review into rape gangs is expected to find a direct link between illegal migration and the exploitation of young British girls.
The Home Office is anticipated to publish the National Audit on Group-Based Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse next week.
Baroness Louise Casey is understood to specifically link the violent experience of vulnerable young girls with illegal migration, a source close to the report told the Sun.
It is understood that the Home Office fears civil unrest if the link becomes widely known.

PAA Government spokesman said: "Nothing is more important than protecting vulnerable children, and we are determined to crack down on vile grooming gangs once and for all.
"That's why we ordered a rapid national audit to uncover the true scale of this horrific abuse. This report, alongside our response, will be published shortly."
The Casey review will try to build a "national picture of what is known about current group-based child sexual exploitation" and to "identify local and national trends".
The Home Office has refused to deny the involvement of illegal migration within the Casey report.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
The news follows seven Asian men being found guilty of sexually exploiting two white teenage girls in Rochdale over a five-year period.
Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court heard how the defendants targeted the vulnerable girls, who were just 13 years old when the abuse started.
The men groomed their victims as "sex slaves", handing them drugs, alcohol, cigarettes and expected them to have sex "whenever and wherever" the defendants and other men demanded.
Both victims were forced to have sex in filthy flats and rancid mattresses, the court heard.

The girls were also abused in cars, car parks, disused warehouses and alleyways across the town.
Three of the convicted men were Pakistani-born market stallholders: Mohammed Zahid, 64, Mushtaq Ahmed, 67, and Kasir Bashir, 50.
In 2016, Zahid received a five-year sentence in a separate grooming case involving a 15-year-old girl who visited his stall to purchase school tights.
Father-of-three Zahid and six other defendants now await sentencing for their crimes.
