'For so many children school is their safe place'

On Tonight Live with Nana Akua, glamour model Nicola McLean said "for so many children school is their safe place" while debating the effect of coronavirus restrictions on children during the pandemic.

The former reality TV contestant told the panel "we're speaking as privileged people,my children had laptops and computers...my kids were not dealing with domestic violence."

She told Nana Akua it could have been worse "for so many children" where their only escape was to go to school.
