Euromillions winner Gillian Bayford’s estranged husband Brian Deans is eyeing up his separated partner’s fortune despite signing a pre-nup agreement.
Bayford, 51, and her first husband Adrian raked in £148million in 2012’s massive jackpot.
The couple split soon afterwards and the prize pot caused a rift between.
Bayford later married Deans, a convicted fraudster, but the couple split shortly after their lavish 2018 ceremony.
Bayford, who landed the £148million pot in 2012, split from her former husband
PAThe pair, who shared a four-year-old daughter, signed a pren-up before tying the knot in St Andrews.
Deans, 43, reportedly told a friend: “I'm not sure how watertight it is legally and whether I can get any money.”
He also supposedly said: “The relationship was very up and down, obviously there were some great moments but then there were a lot of dramas as well.
“Most of them involving her ex-husband Adrian and their two kids – I'm not saying it was a nightmare the whole time and obviously I've been very fortunate but I'm glad to be out of it.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
“She can be very unpredictable, and I can't cope with that.
“The problem is she falls out with so many people as a result, even her own friends.”
Deans, who was jailed for six months in 2012 for swindling £13,500 from a Tesco store, was kicked out by Bayford earlier this month amid claims he “squandered” millions on cars, holidays, watches and football trips.
However, the 43-year-old reportedly questioned such an idea, arguing: “I was uncomfortable with the money that Gillian was spending on me but she is very generous and in a way forces it on you.”
Bayford was previously married to Adrian who also made the headlines this week.
Both Bayfords have tied the knot since separating
PAHe is planning to tie the knot for the fourth time with 45-year-old Tracy Biles.
The ex-postman’s pals told The Sun: “Adrian has always been so soft and, in his own way, he’s actually a real romantic.
“He’s so committed to Tracey that he’s moved his mother-in-law and father-in-law to be into one of the cottages on his estate.
“I mean, that might not be for everyone but they all get on so well — and, let’s face it, there’s plenty of room up there.
“Right now, it just feels like nothing could go wrong.”
