Experts have issued a warning to drivers if they eat too much chocolate before hitting the roads.
Duncan McClure Fisher, CEO of motoring association MotorEasy says the effect chocolate has on your reaction times could leave you feeling "tired and sluggish".
Mr Fisher added the behavioural change was due to the high sugar levels in the sweet treat.
He continued: "Many people are looking forward to the Easter weekend as a chance to enjoy themselves and see friends and relatives.

"Tradition dictates that it’s the most chocoholic holiday of the year – with eggs and other treats a common sight in households across the country."
"While this is fairly harmless in itself, despite not always being good news for the waistline, what many people don’t factor in is that eating a lot of chocolate has an effect on the body that can be a problem if you’re driving home,” he told The Sun.
One in every six UK road accidents that result in injury or death are related to driving while fatigued, according to figures from road safety charity, Brake.
There is no direct law with regards to accidents linked to fatigue, but drivers could be charged with dangerous driving should they crash.
Dangerous driving can lead to an unlimited fine, a minimum of two years disqualification and even imprisonment.
