A British dad has been sentenced to 40 years in a Dubai “hellhole” jail after he was allegedly caught with £2,000 worth of cocaine.
Sam Dorman, 33, was taken into custody following a police sting at his home in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) earlier this month.
Officers reportedly found half a gram of cocaine in Dorman's possession, whilst a further 28g of the class A narcotic was discovered at his property.
The total stash would be worth around £2,000 in the UK, but in Dubai, could fetch up to three times more.

The prison houses death row inmates, murderers, terrorists and violent gangsters.
