Boris Johnson can be seen raising a glass at a leaving party in Downing Street during the second lockdown in leaked images of the event.
The four leaked pictures, released by ITV, show Mr Johnson with a drink in his hand while stood behind a table littered with wine bottles and food.

The broadcaster said the pictures were taken at the leaving party for then-director of communications Lee Cain on November 13, 2020.
Eight days earlier, Mr Johnson had imposed England’s second national lockdown, which lasted four weeks.
A No 10 spokeswoman said: “The Cabinet Office and the Met Police have had access to all information relevant to their investigations, including photographs.

“The Met have concluded their investigation and Sue Gray will publish her report in the coming days, at which point the Prime Minister will address Parliament in full.”
It comes after the Prime Minister's former advisor, Dominic Cummings said photographs showing Boris Johnson lied to the Commons and to the police will be leaked in the next two days.
In his blog, Mr Cummings wrote: "One of the consequences is that I expect photos of the PM will emerge very quickly, within the next 24-48 hours.
“Any reasonable person looking at some of these photos will only be able to conclude that the PM obviously lied to the Commons, and possibly to the cops, and there is no reasonable story for how others were fined for event X but not him.”
Late last week, Downing Street said that the PM would face no further fines over lockdown breaches.
Scotland Yard said last Thursday it had issued fixed-penalty notices (FPNs) for events in Downing Street and across Whitehall spanning eight separate days, with 28 people receiving between two and five fines.
Mr Johnson received one fine for the event on his 56th birthday, while no action was taken for the event on November 13.
