GB News presenter Ben Leo encountered aggressive confrontation whilst reporting from what he described as an anti-Trump demonstration in Scotland.
The journalist faced hostile treatment from protesters who hurled abuse at him during his coverage of the event.
The demonstration initially centred on opposition to Donald Trump but rapidly evolved to encompass multiple causes, according to Ben's account.
He observed that the protest transformed into a gathering addressing climate concerns, Palestinian rights and transgender issues.

A protester identified as Alistair engaged in a particularly hostile exchange with Ben, using offensive language and refusing initial requests for dialogue.
When Ben attempted to speak with him, Alistair responded by saying he wouldn't talk to "the likes of you" before proceeding to call the presenter a "t***"

Alistair labelled Ben both a "fascist" and a "racist", though he declined to specify what the presenter had said or done to warrant such accusations.
Ben repeatedly asked Alistair to explain the basis for calling him racist, but received no substantive response.
The situation intensified further when another protester attempted to obstruct Leo's camera using an umbrella.
Speaking to the protester, Ben said: "You’re censoring debate. Why do you try to censor open discussion?
Alistair said: "You know all about that."

Ben responded: "I’m literally here trying to have a conversation with you, but you’re covering cameras and refusing to talk."
Someone shouted from behind that the GB News presenter is "a racist" and another explained it was a "peaceful protest."
The host pointed out: "There was a chant of “Death to the IDF,” which Police Scotland is now looking into. Someone else shouted that I deserved to be killed. That’s not very peaceful, is it?"
The protester ss: Yeah, but what’s happening in Palestine isn’t very peaceful either.
