Andrew Tate and his brother have been charged with rape of three women in the UK and 20 other offences.
The 38-year-old British born man, is accused of 10 charges including rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking and controlling prostitution for gain against three women.
Tristan Tate, the younger brother of Andrew, 36, has been charged with 11 offences including rape, actual bodily harm and human trafficking; charges connected to one alleged victim, who has also accused Andrew.
The CPS's charging decision came after it received a file of evidence from Bedfordshire Police about allegations made in the UK.
A CPS spokesman said: “We can confirm that we have authorised charges against Andrew and Tristan Tate for offences including rape, human trafficking, controlling prostitution and actual bodily harm against three women.
“These charging decisions followed receipt of a file of evidence from Bedfordshire Police.
“A European Arrest Warrant was issued in England in 2024, and as a result the Romanian courts ordered the extradition to the UK of Andrew and Tristan Tate.
“However, the domestic criminal matters in Romania must be settled first."

It added: “The Crown Prosecution Service reminds everyone that criminal proceedings are active, and the defendants have the right to a fair trial.
“It is extremely important that there be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.”
Emory Andrew Tate, born in December 1986, is named after his father, an American who worked for the US Air Force in Britain, and was also a chess master.
Tate moved to Luton from America with his mother following his parents' divorce.
