The UK has been locked down as part of a search for suspected chemical attacker Abdul Ezedi as police issue an all ports warning.
The National Crime Agency has warned his injuries could be fatal if not treated after the 35-year-old allegedly attacked a mum and her two kids in Clapham last Wednesday.
Officers say all points of departure from the UK, such as ports and airports, have been notified in a bid to prevent Ezedi from leaving the country.
Hospitals across Britain are also said to be on "high alert" with police suggesting he has not received treatment from a medical facility.

The woman – who had been in a relationship Edezi – has suffered potentially life-changing injuries and may lose sight in her left eye.
Commander Jon Savell said the breakdown of the relationship may have been a motive for the attack.
Investigators said that she had agreed to meet him on the day of the incident, and that she and her children were in a car when he struck.

Cmder Savell added: "He could have gone north, he could have gone east, south, west or he could have gone abroad."
His route appears to follow the River Thames and investigators say they are keeping an open mind about whether he has jumped or been pushed into the water.
The latest confirmed sighting on CCTV is now on Vauxhall Bridge Road at around 11pm on the night of the attack, January 31.
Darius Nasimi, from the charity the Afghanistan and Central Asian Association, has appealed for anyone in the community who may be sheltering him to contact police.

Nasimi has urged Ezedi to turn himself in to the police, adding that "this has gone on long enough".
He stressed the attack is "not a reflection of the people of Afghanistan who are in the UK".
The public are advised not to approach the suspect and to call the police instead.
