Tesco customers have been left frustrated after the supermarket’s app and website went down due to technical issues, locking many out of their accounts.
The outage, which began on Friday, has prevented users from logging in to manage orders or access their Clubcard accounts, sparking complaints on social media.
Some reported that even reinstalling the app failed to resolve the issue.
Tesco has acknowledged the disruption but has not confirmed when services will be fully restored.
This follows a similar incident last month, raising concerns about the reliability of the retailer’s digital platforms at a time when more shoppers rely on online grocery services.
Several customers took to social media to report the issues.
One wrote: "@Tesco there is a problem with your app? Keeps saying something is wrong and won’t let me log in. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled but the same issue is happening on all devices. Will it be sorted today? Shopping is due tomorrow and I’ve only got milk and bread in the basket."
Another shopper said they were unable to access their Clubcard, posting: "@Tesco app still down? Can’t access my Clubcard to shop instore."
A third customer expressed frustration over a delayed delivery, writing: “@Tesco have a Woosh order coming, now can’t access the app and it’s late for its delivery slot – is it actually coming?"
