Santander has today launched the Santander Edge credit card which offers up to £15 in monthly cashback.
Customers can earn two per cent cashback on all purchases for the first year – equating to up to £180 in cashback – then one per cent after that.
The new card, which offers fee-free spending when used abroad, is exclusively available to any customer holding a Santander personal current account.
Card holders will also benefit from access to Santander Boosts, offering cashback, vouchers and prize draws with a range of brands.

This new credit card does have a £3 monthly fee – equating to £36 a year.
The card has a purchase rate of 23.9 per cent p.a (variable) and a representative rate of 29.8 per cent APR.
Santander Head of Cards Matt Hall said: “We are delighted to launch our new Santander Edge credit card, giving customers the opportunity to earn up to £180 a year in cashback.
“With people facing higher costs of living, we are always looking at how we can provide new products to support customers make their money go further.
“Santander Edge credit card customers will also benefit from the added protection that you get when spending on a credit card and Santander also offers a range of mobile banking tools to help customers stay in control of their money.”
The Santander Edge credit card can be applied for online, over the phone or in a branch.
Customers must be a Santander personal current account holder, aged 18 or older, and have an income of £10,500 or more per year.
They also need to live in the UK permanently in order to qualify.
