Asda’s annual pass can help shoppers save up to £194 a year on delivery when they pay annually

Asda has increased the prices of their delivery passes, affecting online shoppers who rely on home deliveries.

The supermarket increased the price of its anytime pass for those who pay monthly and annually.

The anytime pass allows for deliveries Monday to Sunday. The prices have gone from £65 to £69.50 for an annual payment, and from £6.50 to £6.95 if shoppers pay monthly.

The price of its midweek pass, which gives shoppers deliveries from Tuesday to Thursday, has risen from £35 to £39.50 for an annual payment, and from £3.50 to £3.95 for monthly subscribers.

Customers were emailed about the changes before they took effect last month.

An Asda spokesperson said: “Asda offers the UK’s cheapest supermarket delivery passes. Customers shopping at Asda can buy a pass from £3.95 per month and save up to £194 a year when they pay annually.”
