GB News membership readers have been asked whether they think the Prince of Wales is wrong not to meet his brother during his visit to the UK

Prince Harry flew into the UK yesterday following King Charles's cancer diagnosis.

On Monday, it was confirmed that His Majesty, 75, had been diagnosed with a form of cancer.

Buckingham Palace released the following statement: "During The King’s recent hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement, a separate issue of concern was noted. Subsequent diagnostic tests have identified a form of cancer."

It was reported shortly after that the Duke of Sussex would be flying to the UK to meet with his father.

According to the exclusive poll for GB News membership readers, an overwhelming 87 per cent of the 1,000 people polled thought William was not wrong to meet Harry. Some 12 per cent said William was wrong, while just one per cent did not know.

Harry boarded a flight from Los Angeles to London on Monday morning, arriving at Clarence House at 2.45pm yesterday afternoon.

The Duke of Sussex met with his father for 45 minutes, in what was described as a "cause for optimism" by royal insiders.

No such meeting is expected to take place with his brother, Prince William, however.

The Prince of Wales is said to have "no plans" to meet Harry, instead spending his time caring for his wife, Princess Kate, who recently underwent "planned abdominal surgery".

The Princess of Wales, 42, is recuperating at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor with her three children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five.

William, who is currently staying in Windsor, will likely not get a chance to see his younger brother in London, GB News understands.

The two brothers have had a tense relationship over the past couple of years.

This comes after Harry quit royal duties in 2020 and moved to the US.

Since then, he has made several negative statements about the Prince and Princess of Wales.
