Major supermarket Tesco will be closing the doors of one of its branches.
The Tesco Express store in Mill Street, Armthorpe, will close later this month.
Local shoppers will have until Sunday, January 27, 2024 to visit the Doncaster store.
A poster in the windows of the store read: “This store will permanently close on January 27 at 5pm.”

But Tesco shoppers won't be left high and dry. The nearest store following the closure will be the following the closure will be the Wheatley Hills, Doncaster Tesco Express branch.
Tesco Express is the supermarket giant's smallest store, designed for "maximum convenience", according to the supermarket.
It allows customers to buy fresh, quality food close to where they live or work.
Doncaster is also home to one Tesco Superstore and one Tesco Extra. Tesco Superstores provide a one-stop-shop for daily shopping, while Tesco Extra stores are larger and are also home to electrics and homeware.
The Tesco will become a One Stop. A spokesperson told GB News: “We’re excited to be opening our Mill Street, Armthorpe store in February 2024. Our new store will provide customers with a wide range of great quality products and services right on their doorstep.
"We look forward to being part of the local community and are proud to make a difference in the areas we serve.”
Tesco staff at the store will transfer to the One Stop store.
Tesco's latest closure comes as Co-op announced two upcoming closures. Co-op in the Triangle Shopping Centre in Rochford Way, Frinton, will close on February 24, and Co-op Food in Chalfont St Peter, located in the Bishops House building, will close on March 3, 2024.
Boots, Sports Direct and Trespass have also announced upcoming closures.

Many retailers have felt the effects of Covid and the cost of living crisis, both of which have altered consumer spending and shopping habits.
Consequently, companies have streamlined to reflect their customers' needs and affordability. High business rates have also crippled the high street.
But despite Tesco's upcoming closure, the supermarket has also announced some store openings.
Tesco will open four stores across the UK, some in the coming weeks and others in the spring.
These stores will include one Tesco, two Tesco Express' and a Tesco Superstore.
