Van Morrison is best known as a singer and musician.

The area was built in the 1790s with a traditional and elegant design.

It has plenty of green space on site with a communal garden including a lawn, mature trees, spring bulbs and seating.

Properties in the square sell for an average price of £337,500, according to Rightmove.

However, some homes have fetched up to £3million in recent years.

There is lots to do in the area, including the famous Roman Baths and independent cafes and restaurants.

"An elegant city full of traditional heritage, contemporary culture, green spaces and a few surprises," Visit Bath states.

"Built for pleasure and relaxation, beautiful Bath has been a wellbeing destination since Roman times.

"The waters are still a big draw today, both at the ancient Roman Baths and the thoroughly modern Thermae Bath Spa, which houses the only natural thermal hot springs in Britain you can bathe in."

This comes as New Order's Stephen Morris owns a converted farmhouse in the UK.

His property is in the British countryside where homes cost £287,000.

Brian McFadden owns a home in a "scenic" part of the country.

His home is on the outskirts of Manchester near an area branded a "hidden gem".
