Kylie Minogue will be touching down in London for a highly anticipated performance at British Summer Time Hyde Park in July.

In 2023, the singer swapped a lavish penthouse in the area for a warmer life in Melbourne.



The opulent building, located on the corner of Hyde Park, has attracted other A-list celebrities like Naomi Campbell.

Residents can enjoy an impressive range of amenities including a swimming pool, private cinema, saunas and gym.

The building counts 86 flats in total, some of which have sold for eye-watering sums.

Minogue fetched a staggering £111million for her property and reportedly made a £775,000 profit on the sale.

The artist put her five-bedroom apartment up for sale exactly 12 years after securing it.

According to Rightmove, properties in Knightsbridge had an overall price of £3,240,750 over the last year.

“The majority of sales of Knightsbridge during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £2,604,353," say the experts.

“Terraced properties sold for an average of £4,966,345, with semi-detached properties fetching £6,319,367.”

Experts at Strawberry Tours claim the building has turned the area into a celebrity hub.

“This address is known to be the most expensive piece of private real estate in the UK, and each flat costs approximately $11,000 per square foot," says the website.

“Residents at this address can enjoy a stainless steel pool, wine cellar, a valet service, and even a panic room.

"Other famous residents at this address include Vladimir Kim, the wealthiest man in Kazakhstan."
