The average time it takes to sell a home in the UK is 30 days, but it can be much quicker.
Zoopla has shared the UK locations where homes sold the fastest in July 2023.
Eden in the north west and Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East were joint first, with a home selling in an average of 21 days.
Bristol, Carlisle, Knowsley and Waltham Forest were not far behind as homes sold in around 22 days.

The numbers are up on a year ago, when the average time to sell for 19 days.
How long a house stays on the market can depend on a number of things such as the time of year, house prices and location.
The ongoing cost-of-living crisis and high mortgages have made many buyers more cautious and houses have stayed on the market for longer.
Sale times notably dropped in locations where house prices surged, the data showed.
Many parts of the south have been affected by rising house prices.
As a result, southern locations including Dartford, Exeter, Luton and Ipswich have fallen off the top 25 list since last year.
The midlands and the north have also been affected by slowing selling times.
Rugby, Worcester, Coventry, Redditch, central Manchester, Bury, Wigan and Chorley all dropped off the list from last year.
