Speaking on the show, she said: "I splashed out a bit because I never knew the value of a million pounds, I'd never seen that kind of money.
"I never knew anyone with that kind of money, so I kind of splashed out on stuff that I've always wanted."
However, the huge win caused misery for Park who dealt with "stalkers, death threats and people hiding in bushes".
"I wish I'd never won it, I wouldn't wish it on anyone," she told Dr Phil.
She described how she was "encouraged" to make herself public after winning the jackpot because of her young age.
The 17-year-old spent her winnings on surgeries including a boob job and a Brazilian bum lift, which almost cost her own life.
Park said: "I had a procedure done in a different country and when I flew back I ended up with sepsis."
She previously said on UK television: "I literally thought that I was going to die. I don't know what was wrong with me and they said to me I'd had a reaction to the anaesthetic."

Park claims she has also struggled to find a partner and missed jetting off to Benidorm on cheap holidays.
Ten years on, she said she still receives abuse: "These people seem to think they know more about my life and it's hard because when I was younger obviously I read the comments and they affected me.
"These people have never met me, they've probably never seen me.
"People look at me and think, 'I wish I had her lifestyle, I wish I had her money.' But they don’t realise the extent of my stress."
