The workout has been key for a fitness guru to attain her dream body

Cutting down arm fat can be a substantial challenge for those looking to tone up, but thankfully, gym-goers are sharing their consistent, targeted routines to overcome such challenges and achieve their dream results.

TikToker and gym-lover Relah Winde shared the two-step process she followed to shed the extra fat around her shoulders and arms, with followers praising her "amazing progress".

In some good news for slimmers who may be intimidated by complex, multi-step routines, Relah relied on just two workouts, which she followed religiously.

Relah enjoyed a combination of Pilates and climbing the StairMaster to help burn fat whilst toning her arms.

The fitness enthusiast swears by two workouts

To maintain her sculpted silhouette and continue to build lean muscle, Relah uses a reformer Pilates machine twice a week.

Reformer Pilates has garnered plenty of attention over the past year, becoming the latest craze to descend on exercise fiends.

In fact, it got so popular that when Aldi released a budget version of the machine, chaos erupted as feverish shoppers fought over the equipment.

Reformer Pilates is a more intense version of traditional Pilates, incorporating more muscles, although it can be beneficial for varying fitness levels.

LATEST WORKOUT TIPS

The second workout Relah credits for her sculpted arms is a 45-minute StairMaster workout.

The machine has attracted gym-lovers with its ability to help burn calories, boost cardio, and strengthen muscles.

The exercise can be levelled up by "adding some spice" using extra weights and arm movements at the same time, according to the fitness enthusiast.

The StairMaster also offers a reliable way to work out the whole body, not just your arms or legs.

But no amount of time in the gym can make up for a poor lifestyle. Relah explained that her exercise routine was accompanied by a change to her eating habits.

A calorie deficit, partnered with a prioritisation of high-protein, high-fibre meals "to fuel her body and cut fat", helped her achieve her goals.

While these tactics worked wonders for Relah, giving her impressive results, slimmers must note that weight loss journeys are individual.

Before making any lifestyle changes, particularly in regards to your diet or exercise, it is best to consult your GP or equivalent medical professional to ensure this is the most appropriate pathway for you.
