Multivitamins containing vitamins A, D, C and zinc
As well as supporting general health, Dr Youn explained vitamin C in particular is "vital" in helping the development of collagen.
Collagen improves the elasticity of the skin and natural production slows as the body ages.
Antioxidants
He recommended ones that contain resveratrol and curcumin and this could be the one to take to live longer.
Dr Youn added: "Not only do these antioxidants, like vitamin C, fight free radicals but studies are also showing that they are on the cutting edge in anti-ageing medicine and can help you live longer and healthier life."
Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Studies show these are anti-inflammatory which can soothe the skin and moisturise from within, the doctor suggested.
Probiotic
"These are beneficial bacteria for the gut," the expert explained on his YouTube channel named 'Doctor Youn'.
"There is a big connection between the health of your gut and the health of your skin."
He recommended picking probiotics with at least five billion CFUs.
Collagen
Dr Youn referenced a 2020 study which showed collagen supplements had "big impacts on wrinkles, on skin elasticity and skin hydration".

Experts have shared other supplements that could be worth considering.
Dr Neil Paulvin shared he has noticed huge benefits from taking taurine.
This can be found in nature in meat, fish and eggs or it can be taken as a supplement.
Taurine deficiencies are often considered a driver of ageing, research from Columbia University showed.
The doctor said: "The supplement I’ve been taking every day for the past few years is taurine, an essential amino acid that plays a vital role in the body’s digestive, cardiovascular, skeletal, muscular and nervous systems.
"I’ve since noticed an improvement in my overall energy level, exercise performance and recovery time."
