"I see love when I'm with him, and it's my dad and he loves me."
Bruce has not made any recent public appearances but his wife Emma and family have given various updates on his health.
Tullulah added the family feel it is important to update the public on his condition and to raise awareness.
"What’s going on with my dad is he has a really aggressive cognitive disease, a form of dementia that’s very rare," she said on The Drew Barrymore Show.
"On one hand, it’s who we are as a family.
“But also, it’s really important for us to spread awareness about FTD because there’s not enough information out there.”
This comes as Bruce's friend shared the actor has trouble speaking.
