The Owens have been hard at work restoring a derelict property back to its former glory

Our Yorkshire Farm star and daughter of Clive and Amanda Owen, Raven, has taken to Instagram to share a peek at how work on one of the family's properties is going.

Purchased by Clive and Amanda Owen before their split last year, the 18th-century property called High Smithy Holme, better known as Anty Johns, has been in dire need of repair.

The property has been empty for the best part of six decades and was even listed as a Grade II building back in the 1980s.

In recent months, the Owens have decided it's time to get their hands dirty and try and restore Anty Johns into an inhabitable space - with a collapsed roof high on the list of priorities.

Clive and Amanda - who split after 22 years of marriage last year - have both got stuck into the project, with a TV show based on the restoration reportedly in the works at Channel 4.

Their son Reuben was the first to share a peek at the restoration earlier this year as he confirmed Amanda and Clive had joined forces once again, but over the weekend, it was Raven who delivered a progress report.

In a clip posted on her Instagram Story, Raven can be seen posing with her younger sister Edith as they don a pair of bright yellow hard hats.

Raven soon turns the camera to reveal she's on the roof of Anty Johns as she shows off the new wooden beams that have been erected to support the new roof.

A red steel beam can be seen running through the middle of the property in order to try and avoid another collapse scenario.

Sharing a written update on the situation, Raven wrote on top of the video: "Aunty Johns progress. Slowly but surely."

The state of the roof was markedly different from what Reuben showed to fans last month when his mum and dad accompanied him to the property.

The Owens' dedication to fixing up Anty Johns comes at a time where the doors to Ravenseat remain shut to visitors.

The mum-of-nine broke the news back in July and her website still to this day confirms the farm isn't open to members of the public.

A statement on the Yorkshire Shepherdess' website reads: "Ravenseat Farm is closed to visitors until further notice, so unfortunately we are not serving cream teas.

"Thank you for your understanding," Amanda signed off.

But fans needn't worry about missing out on updates from the Owens if the reported Anty Johns TV project comes to fruition.

Reuben has also made a return to screens recently as part of Channel 5's other farming catalogue.
