Nella Rose has sensationally decided to snub her first televised interview since leaving I'm A Celebrity following weeks of controversial antics in the jungle.
Rose proved a divisive figure in the camp thanks to her rows with GB News star Nigel Farage over immigration and cultural appropriation as well as her clashes with Fred Siriex after he made a comment about being old enough to be her father.
Following her exit from the jungle on Monday evening, the 26-year-old YouTuber was billed to speak to Lorraine Kelly about her time in the camp.
However, the ITV presenter had to speak to Nick Pickard's girlfriend Sarah after Rose refused to give an interview.
Kelly explained to viewers: "Now, she [Rose] was gonna join us this morning but she has decided not to give any interviews today and we'll catch up with her later.
"We sincerely hope she's having a fantastic breakfast and sleeping in a gorgeous bed having had a lovely bath."
Nigel Farage and Nella Rose had their fair share of debates
ITV/SHUTTERSTOCKWhile she was initially scheduled to give the interview, an I'm A Celeb spokesperson has told GB News "there are no expectations" that stars have to attend press opportunities following their departures.
The spokesperson told GB News: "We have a duty of care process in place for all our celebrities and there are no expectations from our side for any of the celebrities to do press interviews immediately after they depart the show."
News of Rose's decision sent shockwaves through the I'm A Celeb fandom who'd expected to hear from her on the ITV show.
In fact, a number took to X, formerly Twitter, to share their thoughts on the last-minute withdrawal with many wishing her well while others felt she ought to confront the controversy she sparked in the jungle.
On the social media site, one person fumed: "Where’s Nella at, no interviews at all. Proper thrown her toys out the pram... #GMB #Lorraine #ThisMorning."
A second echoed: "The fact Nella isn’t doing interviews honestly speaks volumes."
However, others rushed to her defence, including one X user who argued: "Lorraine just said Nella isn't giving any interviews today. I sincerely hope she's ok. #ImACeleb."
While another blasted the backlash to the last-minute decision: "#ImACeleb People bothered whether nella's doing interviews or not... she's out of the jungle and they're still concerned. My god misery likes company #Lorraine."

Rose did briefly touch upon her camp conflicts in her exit interview with Ant and Dec shortly after leaving camp.
Referring to the Siriex row, she defended her actions as she told the pair: "I don’t know, I just feel that in the middle of an argument or a disagreement, you shouldn’t bring up personal, sensitive topics, and I feel that in the middle of a disagreement, he brought up a sensitive topic.
"I didn’t understand why he would do that to somebody that he doesn’t know [well]."
She also shared her thoughts on Farage: "I think Nigel is a great person... Until he speaks about what he really believes in, and I just think, ‘You’re a cool guy but why do you think like that?’ It’s a sticky one.
"I’m not usually put in situations where I’m around people who aren’t from the same walk of life as me so when they have different mindsets, I’m shocked because I think, ‘Wow, people think like this'.
"Automatically, you have to say something because to me it’s shocking sometimes. But it is what it is."
