Kirstie Allsopp has addressed rumours of a feud with her Location, Location, Location co-host Phil Spencer, revealing they simply don't socialise outside of work.
The presenting duo, who have worked together for 25 years, spoke candidly about their relationship in a new interview.
Speculation had mounted earlier this year when Spencer was notably absent from Allsopp's wedding to property tycoon Ben Anderson.
"We don't socialise, because we work so much together," Allsopp, 53, explained as she addressed the rumoured "feud".

Despite this admission, both presenters were quick to emphasised their strong bond.
Spencer, 55, told The Telegraph: "But we're very, very fond of each other. There's no one else who's been through this experience."
The pair are currently celebrating a significant milestone as their popular Channel 4 property show marks its 25th anniversary.
Spencer's absence from Allsopp's January wedding had raised eyebrows among fans of the long-running property programme.
However, Allsopp previously explained to The Mail on Sunday that the arrangements were extremely last-minute and secretive.

"We had with us a small group of close friends and family who only heard about the wedding on Monday," she said.
Most guests believed they were attending a celebration for Anderson's 64th birthday until the last moment.
The ceremony took place at The Grosvenor Chapel in Mayfair, where Allsopp's parents and grandparents were married.
Due to the short notice, "some beloved friends and family couldn't be there, including Phil," Allsopp clarified.
The couple had been together for 21 years before tying the knot, sharing two sons, Bay, 18, and Oscar, 16.
Despite not spending time together socially, both presenters detailed the depth of their professional relationship.
"I put Kirstie among the most important people in my life," Spencer added in the Telegraph interview.
Allsopp reciprocated these sentiments, saying: "Ditto. In the most significant parts of our lives, we've been there for each other."
She revealed: "I think Phil was one of the first people I ever told I was pregnant."
Their bond has clearly withstood the test of time, with the pair having helped nearly 750 people find homes over their quarter-century partnership.
Spencer described their journey as "surreal" and a "privilege" in comments to The Mirror.
He reflected on "watching how our friendship developed and then strengthened across the years."
The duo have viewed more than 1,800 properties together during their long-running television partnership.
To mark the 25th anniversary of Location, Location, Location, Channel 4 will dedicate a night of celebratory programming on Wednesday, May 14.
"However many times I hear it I still can't believe it has been 25 years, it is an enormous privilege to have the opportunity to travel around the whole country working with so many lovely house hunters and such brilliant crew," Allsopp said.
The property show is currently on its 42nd series and has aired a total of 401 episodes.
Each week, the duo attempt to find the perfect home for a different set of buyers.
