The JLS singer has made it further in the competition than his bandmate Aston Merrygold
Strictly Come Dancing star JB Gill made a confession about his performance ahead of the Quarter Finals this weekend.
Last week, Gill and his partner Lauren Oakley performed the Charleston to Yes Sir! That’s My Baby by Firehouse Five Plus Two and landed at the top of the leaderboard with 39 out of 40.
They also won the Samba-thon which gave them an extra seven points, and were tied at the top with Tasha Ghouri and Aljaz Skorjanec.
This week the couple will be performing the Viennese Waltz to Let's Go Fly A Kite from Mary Poppins for Musicals Week.
Gill and Oakley joined Janette Manrara on It Takes Two to discuss how they were feeling about their upcoming dance – leaving Gill to express his worry.
Manrara asked: “I mean it is a massive change from the frantic Charleston that you just did but what is exciting about this theme and this routine for you?”

The JLS star admitted: “For me, I think everything - obviously Mary Poppins is a classic, I love doing Ballroom dances and ballroom routines.
“The Viennese Waltz isn’t easy but it is fun and I think this song in particular is just uplifting. I can really identify with the character as well.
“Of course, musicals week, you want to have that flare, have that pizazz that musicals deserve and you want to make sure you get all the steps and stuff right but actually you have to be in the moment and really enjoy it.”
Oakley agreed and added: “Obviously taking into consideration Shirley’s P’s. So we need to make sure all the technique is there.
He explained the Viennese Waltz was hard

“I think it is really exciting to do it in a Viennese Waltz as well and take the judge's notes on board as well that we had from the previous ballroom dance.
“But we also have the character in there which is really important for musicals and a little boost because we have some extra dancers this week.”
The chat with Manrara comes after fans called for her to be permanently “replaced” by her co-host Fleur East.
East hosted the previous two shows this week and on Monday night gave a tearful interview with recently booted out stars Jamie Borthwick and Michelle Tsiakkas.
Taking to X, several fans were full of praise for the host and how vulnerable she was, comparing her approach to her co-stars.
"Fleur is an easier watch than Janette Marara, get rid of Janette and have Fleur as the presenter #ItTakesTwo," one commented harshly, which prompted a second fan to reply: "Totally agree."

"Say it again Fleur is much better on this than Janette #ItTakesTwo," another penned before someone else requested: "Oh f off, can't we have Fleur all week please?! #ItTakesTwo."
"Much prefer fleur on this #ittakestwo #strictly," another agreed.
Not all viewers felt the same way though, with others preferring Manrara's presenting.
"I'm the opposite. Will only watch when Janette is presenting," explained a different user. (sic)
