Jeremy Clarkson and the team at his Oxfordshire farm have cause for celebration

Clarkson's Farm fans have rushed to congratulate Jeremy Clarkson and his partner Lisa Hogan after they shared some exciting news from Diddly Squat on Wednesday.

The pair, who appear throughout Amazon's hit series based at Clarkson's Chipping Norton farm, have built a huge fanbase since letting the cameras in to capture life at their home, with many fans keen to keep up with the latest goings-on.

And given the lengthy wait between each series of Clarkson's Farm, the pair's social media accounts have proved a brilliant way to keep fans in the loop with how life at Diddly Squat is going.

Earlier this week, Clarkson used Instagram to express his frustration after an unexpected intrusion forced filming to be halted, but now, there's more joyous news for him to celebrate.

His partner Hogan took to the farm's Instagram page on Wednesday to reveal that one of their pet dogs was expecting a litter for the first time.

Clarkson introduced his pet fox red Labradors, Arya and Sansa, to Clarkson's Farm viewers in the series, and they quickly became fan-favourites for their disobedience and unruly manner.

In a new clip shared to the Diddly Squat page, Hogan confirmed Arya had fallen pregnant.

Shot on one of Diddly Squat's fields, Hogan recorded her partner from afar as he trundled across the grass with the Clarkson's Farm crew after filming a scene.

"Who is that? Eejit," Hogan narrated, before she turned the camera to her dogs on the back of a vehicle next to her.

Turning her attention to the dogs, Hogan explained all: "Now, you... I haven't been here for a week...

"I would say... yes, look at that teat. Oh, my God. Yes, and you are heavy and hot compared to your sister.

"I think we might have puppies on the way!" an excited Hogan said. Clarkson, by this point, had joined his partner, chipping in to make sure the pregnant pooch didn't leap off the back of the vehicle.

She also included the hashtags: "#springlamb #foxredlabrador #farmshop #diddlysquatfarmshop #clarksonsfarm #giftsforwomen #giftsformen #giftsforkids #giftsforchildren."

Inevitably, it didn't take long for Clarkson's Farm fans to flood the comments of the post to express their delight at the Diddly Squat pregnancy news.

"Congratulations guys, I bet they will be beautiful puppies," one fan commented before a second echoed: "Congrats on the puppies!!"

Meanwhile, a third weighed in: "Congratulations on your pregnancy! Arya will be a beautiful mumma. I think she will have 7 puppies."

A fourth concurred: "Amazing news. Just the news I needed to wake up with. Congratulations diddly and clarkson."

"Yay can’t wait! I think 5," a fifth added to the conversation before a sixth weighed in: "Ooohhh weee, that’s so exciting." (sic)

Fans will have to tune in to the next season of Clarkson's Farm to see whether or not Arya's puppies feature.

In the meantime, Clarkson, Hogan, Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland are facing what promises to be a tumultuous harvest period.

Speaking at the Hawkstone VIP Summer Party earlier this week, GB News heard from the man himself how the weather had wreaked havoc yet again on his farm.

So much so, Clarkson predicts this year's harvest will be worse than last year's, which he described as the "second-worst" harvest ever.
