Gareth Southgate could be set to take his next managerial job in the Premier League.
The former England boss has not been in the dugout since the Euro 2024 final, when the Three Lions lost to Spain 2-1.
Two days after, Southgate resigned and Lee Carsley has stepped up from the Under-21s into an interim role while several candidates are looked at as possible replacements.
But while Southgate has already landed a job with UEFA, Everton are considering hiring him as a replacement for Sean Dyche, according to talkSPORT.

And one of the first actions Friedkin could take at the club is to axe Dyche and replace him with Southgate.
Everton have started the season disastrously and are already looking like potential relegation candidates.
They have lost four of their five Premier League games so far, conceding 14 along the way and sitting 19th in the table.
