Chris Philp has clashed with Michelle Dewberry over the Tory responsibility of a Sudanese man suspected of attempted murder in Belfast.

Speaking to GB News, the Shadow Home Secretary told Michelle: "I was police minister at the time with responsibility for police in England and Wales. I think Suella Braverman was home secretary and Robert Jenrick was immigration minister, so you'd have to ask them about that."
