A man has been charged in connection with the Golders Green ambulance arson attack in March.
Subhan Ahmed of Walthamstow, 18, has been charged with assisting an offender following allegations he made arrangements to scrap his car to help others avoiding arrest or prosecution.
The teenager is the fifth person to be charged in connection with the attack.
On March 23, three Jewish community ambulances were set alight in Golders Green in north west London.
It is alleged that while three people committed the arson attack of the ambulances, another forth person waited in a blue Toyota Avensis.
The blaze caused the gas cannisters inside the medical vehicles to explode, which caused an estimate of £1million in damage.
Nearby property and a synagogue were damaged as a consequence.
Frank Ferguson, Head of the Crown Prosecution Service’s Special Crime and Counter Terrorism Division, said: “We have decided to prosecute Subhan Ahmed, 18, with assisting an offender in connection with the arson on ambulances in Golders Green on 23 March 2026.

| GETTY“Our prosecutors have worked to establish that there is sufficient evidence to bring this case to court and that it is in the public interest to pursue criminal proceedings.
“We have worked closely with Counter Terrorism Policing London as it carried out its investigation.
“We remind all concerned that criminal proceedings against this defendant are active and that he has the right to a fair trial.
“It is vital that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.”

Ahmed has been bailed "with strict conditions", the Metropolitan police have confirmed.
Hamza Iqbal, 20, Rehan Khan, 19, both British nationals from Leyton, and a 17-year-old boy, a dual British and Pakistani national from Walthamstow and Judex Atshatshi, 18, a British national of Dagenham have been charged in relation to the incident.
The three men and child all appeared at the Old Bailey on April 24 and were remanded in custody.
Their trial date has been set for January 2027, with their next hearing due for August 28.
Ahmed is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' on June 16.
