The UK outdoor chain GO Outdoors has closed a store for good.
Shoppers are encouraged to visit the nearby location in Swindon.

It closed for good over the weekend due to issues with the building.
It will look to open another location nearby

Taking to social media platform X, one shopper said: "Very sad news about GO Outdoors in Oxford, such a useful shop, and lovely staff."
Another agreed, writing: "Very sad to see GO Outdoors in Oxford closing down."
It is not all bad news for shoppers, however, as the retailer will look at investing in a new location to replace this.
Until then, customers should look to visit nearby locations.
“GO Outdoors intends to invest in a new and improved store, to continue serving its loyal customer base in Oxford," a spokesperson told GB News.
“Until a new premises is confirmed, the closest store to the current location is Swindon, sitting just off the A420.
“Customers can visit the GO Outdoors website to browse the full range of outdoor apparel and equipment, available for home delivery. Alternatively, a full list of stores can be found online.”
This follows closures within another British outdoor clothing chain.
