How can I become a GBN member?

Simply go to gbnews.com/support to become a GB News member today.

How do I access member only content?

GB News members can access exclusive content by going to the ‘Membership’ section on the GB News website or app.

On website
Go to GBNews.com and login. Click the ‘Membership’ button in the top right corner of the page. From there you can vote in member-only polls, claim exclusive member rewards, apply to attend events, and more.On app

On app
Open the GB News app. Tap ‘My GBN’ from the menu bar. Within 'My GBN’ you can also access:
  • My Feed: A list of stories tailored to your interests
  • Saved: A list of your saved articles

How can I register to attend member only events?

Go to the ‘Membership Events’ section at gbnews.com/membership/events then click on the event you’d like to attend. Click on the registration link within the article and follow the prompts to register your attendance.

How do I turn on my membership badge?

Membership badges are visible next to your account name when commenting on YourSay. They can be activated or deactivated by going to gbews.com/my-account and clicking the ‘Profile’ tab of My Account. Scroll down until you see the check box that says ‘Hide Membership and other engagement badges against my profile and comments’. If you’d like to activate your membership badge, ensure this box is unchecked. When finished, click ‘Save changes.’

Can I manage my GB News Membership online?

Yes, all information related to your membership can be updated in ‘My Account.’

Go to gbnews/my-account. Update the details you would like to change. Don’t forget to click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page once you’re finished.

How do I cancel my paid membership?

On website
Go to gbnews/my-account. Scroll to the bottom of the ‘Profile’ tab, then click ‘Delete my account’. You’ll be asked to request your cancellation by email.

On app
If your GB News Membership was purchased through the GB News app, you must manage or cancel your membership directly in the App Store (for Apple devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). We are unable to cancel your membership on your behalf. Please follow the instructions below depending on your device.

On Apple devices:
Open ‘Settings’ on your device and tap your name at the top. Select ‘Subscriptions’. Find and tap the GB News subscription. Tap ‘Cancel subscription’. Confirm your cancellation.

Alternatively, open the App Store on your device and tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Tap ‘Subscriptions’, then select the GB News subscription. Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’ and follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

On Android devices:
Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Select ‘Payment and subscriptions’, then ‘Subscriptions’. Select the GB News app and tap ‘Cancel subscription.’

PLEASE NOTE: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription, you must follow the steps listed above. To cancel, please ensure you are signed into the Apple ID or Google Account that you used when you purchase your GB News Membership.

I have cancelled my membership, why do I still have access to GBN Membership benefits?

Cancelling your subscription is permanent. If you have received a cancellation confirmation from community@gbnews.uk but still have access to Membership benefits, you may have a separate membership active under a different email address.

Your GB News Membership email address is listed in the confirmation email you received after signing up. You’ll also find it at the top of any GB News Membership newsletters sent to your inbox. Cross check this email address with the one that was cancelled.

I have cancelled my membership, but I am still logged into the website and app. Is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. After cancelling your GB News Membership, you automatically become a Friend of GB News. This means you are still part of our community and can still log in to watch GB News, comment on YourSay, and received certain newsletters. However, you will no longer have access to exclusive member-only benefits.
